Non-Defective Product Return Process
In order to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling the Returns Department at 800-889-5187.
CARRCO laser products are warranted for 1 year from purchase date. Inkjet items are warranted for 6 months from purchase date. Some OEM manufacturers offer warranty periods of less than 1 year with which we are obliged to comply.
Non-defective products returned in saleable condition within the warranty period are subject to restocking fees.
No returns are accepted after 1 year from the date of purchase.
ALL PRODUCT RETURNS are eligible for ACCOUNT CREDIT only.
CARRCO does not issue a Return Shipping Label for non-defective product return. All non-defective products are returned at the expense of the client.
Please ensure that the product returned is packaged securely with sufficient packing material. CARRCO is not liable for damage caused during shipment back to us.
Product package must not contain any labels, must not be opened, must not be written on, or damaged in order for a credit to be issued.
